Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is seeking experienced Software Engineers to support a high-impact data platform transformation initiative. The role focuses on migrating CRM functionality to a modern data platform while building scalable data pipelines and developing web applications using AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement entity/object schemas within a modern ORM-style data framework
• Build and maintain real-time data pipelines using distributed event-streaming systems
• Migrate and replicate CRM platform functionality, including automation logic, data validation, and reporting
• Develop full-stack applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Define APIs, data contracts, and system integration patterns
• Develop data migration strategies, including rollback and conflict resolution approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, business stakeholders, platform teams) to ensure successful system transitions
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, testing, and delivery efficiency
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high reliability and performance

Skills

• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js)
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, Pulsar, or similar)
• Proficiency in SQL and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Spark, or equivalent)
• Experience with ORM frameworks, GraphQL, or data modeling systems
• Solid understanding of full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience building scalable backend services and APIs
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–7+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) including data models, automation, or integrations
• Prior experience with data migrations between complex systems
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
• Familiarity with modern deployment and CI/CD practices
