Alteryx, Inc. is an innovative analytics company seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of a next-generation platform SDK and API suite. The role involves taking ownership of work outcomes, participating in code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software in a remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist team in definition of work (stories, tasks)
• Take full ownership of work outcomes including development
• Contribute to quality system (framework)
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring our delivery of clean, well-tested, and performant software

Skills

• 1-2+ years of Python development and debugging experience
• Experience with (REST) API and/or SDK development
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience using Git and Git-based pipelines or equivalent
• Growth focused and curious about new challenges and experiences
• Node.js
• Familiarity with cloud computing / managed services (GCP/Azure/AWS)
• Experience or familiarity with AI-driven development in a modern IDE
• Knowledge and experience with distributed computing, big data and stream processing systems
• Experience with a data prep and blend and predictive analytics workflow platform such as Alteryx
