Responsibilities

• Daily LinkedIn presence for TWF (5-10 posts per week across founder and firm accounts)
• Instagram and Facebook presence for the Premium Hospitality and Event Staffing division
• Community management - respond to comments, DMs, mentions within 4 hours
• Repurpose long-form content into social formats
• Engage with prospects in comments and DMs
• Monthly analytics review with TWF leadership

Skills

• Social media managers with B2B services background
• 3-7 years experience
• Strong LinkedIn fluency
• Comfortable with Instagram and Facebook for the hospitality division
• Comfortable engaging directly with prospects in comments and DMs
• Familiar with social analytics, A/B testing on copy, and inbound attribution
