They are seeking a Social Media Manager who will lead social media initiatives, serve as counsel to account staff and clients, and manage projects while collaborating with various teams to achieve marketing objectives in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as social media counsel to account staff and clients in collaboration with the social team lead
• Manage workload across multiple projects for self and junior staff, taking the lead on complex initiatives
• Conduct social listening and influencer research, derive insights from data, and present findings to internal teams and clients
• Display a deep understanding of the broader digital ecosystem and cross-collaborate with other subject matter experts
• Educate peers and clients on social media best practices, trends, and technologies
• Act as the primary subject matter expert and project owner for social media, helping clients achieve marketing objectives within the pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
• All other duties as assigned
