They are seeking a Structured Finance Lawyer to provide part-time support for a global technology client, focusing on structured finance transactions and managing them from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Advising on structured finance transactions
• Managing transactions from inception to completion
• Reviewing and negotiating transaction documents
• Handling internal instructions and queries
• Setting up transaction structures

Skills

• Structured Finance Lawyer
• Experience in consumer lending
• Comfortable with ad hoc arrangements and flexible working hours
• Ideally with fintech experience
