[Remote] ServiceNow QA/Test Analyst – CMDB | Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Santcore Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow QA/Test Analyst with expertise in CMDB implementations and testing initiatives. The role involves designing and executing test strategies, validating CMDB data quality, and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support QA/Test Lead with overall test strategy planning
- Design, execute, and document test cases and test results
- Perform functional, integration, and data testing
- Validate ServiceNow CMDB workflows and integrations
- Review legacy data sources and Configuration Items (CIs)
- Verify data quality, completeness, and accuracy
- Translate business and workflow requirements into test scenarios
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the project lifecycle
Skills
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Test Management
- Experience creating and executing test cases
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
- ServiceNow platform experience
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- ServiceNow CMDB experience
- Configuration Item (CI) management experience
- Agile methodologies
- Data validation and integration testing experience
