Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ARK Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional for the role of ServiceNow Platform Administrator/Architect. The ideal candidate will manage and configure core ServiceNow modules, support platform updates, and provide architectural guidance for platform design and integration strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and SPM
• Support and maintain platform updates, releases, patches, and upgrades
• Monitor platform performance and ensure instance health
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support enhancements
• Provide architectural guidance for platform design and integration strategy
• Utilize AI capabilities to improve productivity and solution quality

Skills

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development concepts
• Experience with REST API integrations and data management
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of SDLC practices and Agile methodologies
• ITIL certification
• Experience with ITOM, SecOps, and CSM modules
• Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Playwright
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and regression testing
