Brewer Morris is a leading Top 15 CPA firm seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join its Exempt Organizations Tax Services team in a fully remote capacity. The role involves preparing and reviewing tax forms, supporting tax compliance and consulting engagements for nonprofit clients, and conducting tax research.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Forms 990 and 990-PF
• Prepare and review Form 5500 (as needed)
• Support tax compliance and consulting engagements for nonprofit clients
• Conduct tax research and provide technical guidance
• Deliver high-quality client service and collaborate cross-functionally

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of progressive tax experience
• Experience with not-for-profit organizations (tax)
• Strong tax research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, BNA, RIA, ProSystem) and Microsoft Office
• Master's in Tax
• CPA, JD, or LLM
