We are looking for a sharp, analytically driven Sr. Sports Analyst to join our Sports Analytics team to support data-driven decision making and provide actionable insights across various areas of the sports business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the development and delivery of actionable insights and analysis in response to key business questions across bonus, VIP, trading, promotions, etc
• Efficiently manage and deliver multiple short- and long-term projects at pace
• Lead the analytics strategy within the Sports Analytics team in collaboration with the Sports SLT
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership, translating quantitative outputs into actionable business narratives
• Build and maintain a range of complex datasets, reports and dashboards
• Lead analytical work to measure, evaluate and optimize bonus and promotional spend
• Design and evaluate controlled experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to drive incremental business value
• Build agents and automations to automate manual tasks and processes
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a rigorous, high-performance analytics culture

Skills

• 4+ years commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science
• Advanced use and understanding of SQL and large complex datasets
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, R)
• Demonstrated ability to build clear, stakeholder-ready dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Strong analytical communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical and senior audiences
• Experience leading analytical strategies across the commercial business
• Experience designing and analysing A/B or multivariate tests to evaluate commercial interventions
• Experience working with large and sometimes incomplete and complex data sets
• Expert understanding of sports and the sports betting industry in United States
• Business standard use of the English language
• Prior experience in a regulated sports betting or iGaming environment
