Xsolla is a global commerce company that provides tools and services to help video game developers with funding, distribution, marketing, and monetization. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead mobile development, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
• Define and implement best practices for mobile development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard
• Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals
• Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem
• Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers
• Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives
• Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in mobile with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms
• Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile apps from concept to launch
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Proficiency in mobile frameworks and programming languages - React Native primarily
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture platforms
• Experience with third-party integrations and APIs
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a plus
