• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to maintain and develop long-term client relationships
• Demonstrated competency in Team Management, including training, mentoring, and motivating high-performing sales teams
• Proficiency in Business Development, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the engineering or consultancy sector is an asset
• MBA is preferred
