They are seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive new business growth in the corporate dining sector, managing the full sales lifecycle and acting as a trusted advisor to corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting corporate dining and workplace hospitality opportunities
• Build Pipeline: Identify, engage, and convert new business through proactive outreach, networking, and industry presence
• Lead Executive Sales: Conduct discovery and solution conversations with C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Develop Solutions: Partner with culinary and operations teams to create tailored proposals and pricing strategies
• Close Deals: Own the full sales cycle through contract negotiation and execution
• Market Expertise: Stay ahead of workplace dining trends, client expectations, and competitive landscape
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with operations, marketing, and leadership to support successful client onboarding
• Manage Performance: Track pipeline, forecasts, and activity in CRM to meet or exceed revenue targets

Skills

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate dining, food service, or hospitality
• Proven success closing complex, high-value deals
• Experience selling to executive stakeholders in corporate environments
• Strong financial, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Contract dining or workplace experience background
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
