Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ramco Systems is looking for a driven enterprise sales hunter to grow its Aviation MRO business in the US. This individual contributor role focuses on new logo acquisition across various sectors, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from market mapping and prospecting to executive engagement, solution positioning, commercial negotiation and closure

Skills

  • 10–15 years enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong hunter mindset and new logo sales track record
  • US market experience
  • Ability to sell to CXO, CIO, COO, VP Maintenance, VP Engineering and business leaders
  • Strong consultative selling, commercial discipline and executive presence
  • Willingness to travel across the US
  • Experience in Aviation MRO
  • Aerospace & Defense experience
  • Experience in Airlines
  • Experience in ERP
  • Experience in EAM
  • Experience in Maintenance
  • Experience in Supply Chain
