As a Senior Python Developer, you will assist in leading the integration of a custom application with other client-based systems, while adhering to safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Skills

• Public Trust Eligibility Required
• 8+ years of solid Python development experience
• 8+ years of overall (OOP) programming experience
• Bachelor's Degree (or 2 additional years of experience)
• API development and integration experience
• Experience with Microservices
• Experience with JavaScript and JQuery
• Experience with Search engines, such as Solr or Elasticsearch
• Experience designing and developing enterprise Web and Search systems
• Experience with enterprise database technologies, such as Postgres and MySQL
• Experience building and managing container technologies such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, etc
• Comfortable with working with open source-based solutions
• Familiar with enterprise use of Python
• Expert in continuous integration/continuous delivery solutions
• Experience with large-scale AWS based solutions and Terraform
• Agile environment experience
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• Experience with the federal government
• Experience with FastAPIs (Highly preferred)
