Responsibilities

• Lead complex ground-up projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Coordinate closely with internal construction, architecture, and engineering teams
• Oversee Project Managers and support their professional development
• Drive project execution, profitability, and overall client satisfaction
• Provide leadership across multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Skills

• 10+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Strong ground-up construction experience
• Experience managing projects valued at $75M+
• Prior experience leading and mentoring Project Managers
• Strong financial management, scheduling, and client-facing skills
