Scott Humphrey Corporation is a national general contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager for mission-critical and data center construction projects. The role involves leading projects from preconstruction through commissioning while managing budgets, schedules, and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical and data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning — budget, schedule, subs, and client relations
• Coordinate MEP scopes across critical power (40–50 MW environments), cooling, and manufacturing systems
• Manage commissioning activities and serve as the primary owner-facing PM on site
• Drive OAC meetings, project reporting, and schedule adherence on fast-track deliveries

Skills

• 5–12 years of PM experience; 3+ years on mission-critical, data center, or industrial projects
• Comfortable with full-time travel — this is a project-based, on-the-road role
• Strong MEP knowledge — critical power, cooling, BMS
• OSHA 30 required
• Procore and P6 preferred
