Pinecrest Group is seeking a highly technical UI/UX Designer with strong Figma expertise and experience working with AI-assisted design workflows. The role involves creating reusable design patterns, templates, and AI-ready design guidance to improve consistency and quality across various deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable Figma components and reference patterns
• Create templates for dashboards, workflows, documentation, and internal tools
• Develop AI-ready design standards, prompts, and review criteria
• Help establish a scalable design system that improves consistency and quality across generated deliverables

Skills

• Strong UI/UX experience within SaaS, B2B, dashboards, internal tools, or operational software
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, and design systems
• Experience working alongside AI-assisted product or design workflows
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, component libraries, design tokens, and implementation constraints
• Strong written communication skills
