[Remote] Senior Paid Media Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead and scale digital acquisition strategies across various platforms, focusing on measurable revenue growth and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across social, programmatic and emerging platforms
  • Translate revenue and enrollment goals into scalable acquisition strategies aligned to CPA, ROAS, and CAC targets
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel budgets with full accountability for performance outcomes
  • Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps across creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency and mitigating channel risk
  • Analyze funnel performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and overall acquisition efficiency
  • Build and maintain clear, performance-driven reporting; deliver weekly and monthly insights to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and Product teams to align messaging, optimize user journeys, and improve campaign performance
  • Leverage platform insights, beta opportunities, and industry trends to drive innovation within the paid channel mix
  • Ensure proper tracking, attribution alignment, and campaign measurement integrity
  • Continuously evaluate new platforms, audience strategies, and buying methods to diversify and strengthen acquisition efforts
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy in daily bid management, budget allocation, and optimization decisions
  • Communicate performance clearly and persuasively, delivering strong presentations, dashboards, and storytelling for stakeholders, translating results into actionable recommendations and next steps
  • Demonstrate strong growth instincts and industry awareness, staying current on channel trends, privacy/measurement updates

Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing social and programmatic media platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and emerging platforms
  • Deep understanding of paid media mechanics, including pixel implementation/CAPI integration, KPI optimization, audience targeting, and bid/budget management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • U.S. Work Location Requirement: All employees must reside in and perform work within the United States
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for team meetings, company events, conferences, summits, etc
  • Ability to be on camera during meetings unless extenuating circumstances apply
