They are seeking a Senior Onboarding Accounting Specialist to guide new clients through system setup and ensure their accounts are prepared for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily client meetings to gather data and build trust
• Set up and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts to ensure seamless integration with our bookkeeping systems
• Compare signed proposals to actual needs; recommend scope/pricing changes
• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize configurations
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to transition accounts into ongoing support with the Accounting Specialists team

Skills

• 4+ years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding role
• Public or multi-client accounting background
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online setup and troubleshooting
• Strong background in both cash- and accrual-based accounting
