They are looking for a Senior .NET AI Engineer to design and develop backend components, integrate AI capabilities into applications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance their services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend/platform components using .NET (C#) and microservices architecture
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend services for enterprise applications
• Contribute to platform-level design, including event-driven and event sourcing patterns
• Integrate AI capabilities into application workflows and SDLC processes using appropriate AI tools/frameworks
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and code quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features within core backend systems
• Implement system integration, performance optimization, and backend observability
• Participate in design discussions, troubleshooting, and system improvements

Skills

• 5+ years of backend/full-stack development experience with strong focus on .NET (C#)
• Strong experience in building microservices and REST APIs
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture; event sourcing experience is a plus
• Experience working within Microsoft technology stack (Azure preferred)
• Exposure to integrating AI capabilities into applications or development workflows
• Strong programming skills in C#; working knowledge of Python or TypeScript is an advantage
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
