They are seeking a Performance Marketing Digital Specialist to manage and optimize marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok to drive ticket sales for their productions.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimise Meta, Tiktok campaigns
• Conducting audience targeting, and A/B testing
• Monitoring KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, to drive campaign performance
• Collaborating with internal teams (design, product, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages
• Reporting on campaign performance and recommending actionable improvements
• Staying ahead of trends in bidding strategies, automation, and audience segmentation

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Tiktok et al
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering positive ROI
• Strong analytical skills and a creative mindset
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with ticketing platforms or live event marketing
