The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will own Applied ML from experimentation to deployment, focusing on personalization, pricing optimization, and customer journey intelligence for a large digital subscription platform.

Responsibilities

• Personalization and recommendation systems powering digital journeys
• Dynamic pricing and offer optimization models
• Churn and propensity modeling for subscription products
• Consumer journey optimization using experimentation frameworks
• Applied deep learning and optimization techniques
• Reinforcement learning and decision systems (nice to have)
• Using GenAI tools to accelerate model development and experimentation

Skills

• 6-8+ years in Applied AI or Machine Learning building production systems
• Strong experience in B2C, consumer tech, or digital subscription products
• Proven work in at least one of: Personalization and recommendations
• Proven work in at least one of: Pricing optimization and offers
• Proven work in at least one of: Churn and propensity modeling
• Strong Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
• Comfort working end to end from data to deployment to impact
• Bonus experience in reinforcement learning, optimization, or agentic systems
• Reinforcement learning and decision systems (nice to have)
