Dice is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer with expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS, to deliver data, analytics, and AI solutions in the life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will lead project execution, provide technical leadership, and ensure successful outcomes while remaining hands-on in solution development.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience providing technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship in an individual contributor role
• Ability to influence architecture, engineering standards, and delivery practices without direct people management responsibilities
