Responsibilities

• Build and optimise the systems that power trade capture, position management, and real-time trading workflows
• Design distributed platforms capable of processing millions of events with high reliability and low latency
• Work closely with traders, execution teams, and engineers to deliver critical trading infrastructure
• Own major technical initiatives from design through production

Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep expertise building high-performance Java systems
• Strong understanding of JVM internals, GC optimisation, and low-latency design
• Experience with concurrent programming, lock-free algorithms, and distributed systems
