Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Senior IT Interface Analyst to optimize Epic Tapestry applications for business needs. The role involves designing workflows, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet industry standards and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Configure, enhance, and optimize Epic Tapestry applications to meet business and operational requirements
• Design and implement new workflows, system enhancements, and automation solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT partners to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and system utilization
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization initiatives
• Ensure solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on Epic Tapestry functionality and capabilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years of recent healthcare industry experience
• Demonstrated hands-on Epic Tapestry configuration and build experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer workflows and operations
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
