Workiy Inc. is an IT Services company seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves building high-quality user interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure application performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable web applications using React 18+, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Build high-quality user interfaces and develop reusable and maintainable components
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, backend engineers, and QA teams
• Implement frontend best practices and manage application state using tools such as Redux Toolkit, Context API, or Zustand
• Contribute to the overall frontend architecture
• Analyze application performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Implement and monitor application telemetry using tools such as Application Insights and OpenTelemetry
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to technical design discussions
• Perform code reviews and ensure code quality through automated testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library

Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on frontend engineering
• Extensive experience with React 18+, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong knowledge of state management solutions including Redux Toolkit, Context API, and/or Zustand
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
• Expertise in frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
• Experience with application monitoring, observability, and telemetry tools
• Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and participating in code reviews
