Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Bolton Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team in a newly created, fully remote position. The role involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while partnering with leadership to enhance financial operations in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare financial reporting and performance analysis
• Develop executive-level reporting and presentations
• Provide insights and decision support to business leaders
• Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Analyze financial trends and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help build and improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and workflows
• Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and special projects

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Comfortable working in a changing, growth-oriented environment
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with willingness to support beyond traditional responsibilities
• Ability to work core business hours aligned with Central Time
• Manufacturing
• Private equity-backed company experience
• Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems
• Experience creating executive/board-level reporting
