Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
• Prepare accurate financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries for executive leadership
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely submission of financial statements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business development efforts
• Manage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Monitor financial KPIs and implement process improvements for efficiency

Skills

• Progressive experience in finance and in a managerial or senior role
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
