The role involves creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated work across various service workflows such as complaint resolution and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core service workflows: complaint resolution scripts, escalation documentation, customer communication drafting, refund and policy application cases, and service quality assessments

Skills

• Senior customer service rep or team lead with 5+ years at a top company
• Strong expertise in complaint handling, escalation management, and customer communication
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
