Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize healthcare and insurance-related content
• Manage and publish content using Contentful CMS
• Improve content discoverability and search experience using Algolia Search
• Ensure content accuracy, compliance, SEO effectiveness, and user engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and UX

Skills

• 10+ years of content writing experience, preferably in Healthcare or Health Insurance
• Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, insurance plans, coverage options, and policies
• Hands-on experience with Contentful CMS and Algolia Search
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization, and SEO tools
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to simplify complex healthcare and insurance concepts for a general audience
• Experience creating content for websites, knowledge bases, and digital platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with digital marketing and social media content
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and ACA
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar
• Understanding of content taxonomy, metadata, and search optimization
