They are seeking a Senior Associate who will operate as a high-trust partner to the CEO, executing senior-level retained searches and contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a right-hand partner to the CEO on high-profile retained search engagements
• Lead and execute searches at the Director, Managing Director, and C-suite level
• Gain exposure to firm strategy, client development, and long-term business building
• Work within a firm known for discretion, quality, and long-standing client relationships

Skills

• Maturity and sophistication — someone who can credibly engage senior executives and clients
• Background at a larger, well-established platform (search firm or relevant industry)
• Strong execution skills across retained search (research, candidate development, client communication)
• High EQ, sound judgment, and professional presence
• Currently a Senior Associate / Associate within a retained executive search firm focused on Investment Banking, Private Equity, Capital Markets / Sales & Trading, Wealth or Asset Management, Corporate Finance or broader Financial Services
• Placing MD, Sr. Advisors, RIAs, and Financial Services executives
• JD strongly preferred (or similar academic/professional pedigree)
• New business development capability is a plus, but not required
