Elevate Teams is an 8-figure company growing 80% year over year, seeking a Senior Account Executive to own new business development in the independent insurance agency space. The role involves full-cycle sales responsibilities, including prospecting, managing existing leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect independently: research agencies that match our ICP, get in contact, and start building relationships
• Work existing opportunities: re-engage past leads, nurture relationships that went cold, and close deals that stalled
• Show up at conferences and industry events with a plan and leave with pipeline
• Run your own discovery calls, demos, and closing conversations from start to finish
• Maintain a clean CRM and own your forecast with full visibility into your pipeline
• Bring intel back from the market: what objections are you hearing, what is resonating, what is not

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience. You have found the lead, built the relationship, and closed the deal
• You have sold to small and mid-size business owners directly. You know how they think and what actually moves them
• You are an overperformer. You do not just hit quota, you blow past it, and you have the numbers to prove it. President's Club, Quota Club, top performer rankings — if you have earned one, we want to know
• You are a natural relationship builder. You play a long game and people trust you
• You are a closer. When it is time to ask for the business, you ask
• You are not afraid to pick up the phone. You believe in the power of a real conversation over a hundred emails
• You are coachable and curious. You will learn this industry faster than anyone expects
• You are a team player. You operate independently but you collaborate, share intel, and make the people around you better
• You are comfortable with shorter sales cycles. You know how to create urgency, advance a deal, and close without letting momentum die
• You thrive without a script. You adapt, improvise, and figure it out
• Experience in staffing, HR tech, workforce solutions, or selling to insurance agencies. We will teach the industry, but this shortens the ramp
• Insurance industry knowledge is a plus but absolutely not required
