Join our Inside Sales Team! Now hiring a Remote Scheduling and Sales Specialist (internally called an Inside Sales Specialist) to join our growing organization. Key position information: Job Type: Permanent full-time Location: Remote position within Canada Shift: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm Eastern Time Zone Monday - Friday with flexibility to work other hours when required and occasional Saturday coverage shared with the Inside Sales team (1-2 per quarter). What we're looking for and what you'll do: To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional hearing health to HearCANADA's clients. You are sales-minded, with the ability to discuss product promotions and hearing care appointment options with a wide variety of clients across Canada. There is no cold calling required in this role, so we expect our Inside Sales Specialists to utilize existing leads to grow our client base by depicting HearCANADA's clinics as their destination of choice for top-tier hearing care. Bilingualism in French and English would be a definite asset. What we offer you: $21-$25/hour based on experience + bonus Benefits (health, dental, vision) starting on day one of hire RRSP with employer matching program Generous time off policies including attractive paid vacation programs, 7 paid personal days per year, + 1 paid volunteer day per year Education assistance program, LinkedIn learning access, + mentorship + professional development opportunities Remote work What you will do: Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book an appointment with a hearing care professional in one of our many clinics across Canada Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall targets while ensuring each interaction is consistent with standards of HearCANADA Participate in daily/weekly team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update all pertinent client information in appointment system (CRM) Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules What we are looking for: 1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling Health industry experience is considered an asset Able to exercise empathy, and lead the conversation to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss Preference given to candidates who are demonstrably bilingual (English, French) Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs Prior experience with CRM systems, and willing to learn new software and tools Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic Ability to work independently Showcases our values of innovation, passion for positive impact and working as a team to go above and beyond To join us on our journey in providing Wonderful Sound for All, click the "Apply Now" button!
