They are seeking an experienced SAP Business One professional to serve as a Senior Consultant, leading the discovery and analysis of business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions that drive operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, evaluation, and clarification of customer business requirements, providing expert guidance on SAP Business One solutions and recommending optimized technical and functional designs throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Business One core modules and related add-ons, ensuring solutions align with customer business objectives and best practices
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers to drive successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Conduct gap analysis between customer business requirements and system capabilities, proposing effective solutions and process improvements
• Proactively manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution, while providing regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Mentor and support Consultants and junior team members during project execution and support activities
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, system optimization initiatives, and complex troubleshooting activities

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Business One across all core modules and core add-ons
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Business One consulting and support
• Successfully participated in at least 5 full-cycle SAP Business One implementation projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server or SAP HANA, including Crystal Reports
