The SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant – Level I provides functional support for SAP EWM capabilities to enable warehouse operations and inventory management, assisting with configuration and resolving functional issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with configuration and sustainment of SAP EWM processes including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations
• Support incident management, service requests, and defect resolution related to SAP EWM
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for
• Assist in testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and
• Support warehouse execution processes including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and
• Assist in maintaining warehouse structures such as storage types, bins, and work
• Support RF framework usage and warehouse task execution
• Work with warehouse personnel to ensure system functionality aligns with operational
• Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements from warehouse and logistics
• Support development of functional specifications and system
• Participate in user acceptance testing and assist in validating system
• Help maintain process documentation and user
• Coordinate with SAP TM, MM, SD, and other modules to support integrated supply chain
• Work with Basis, integration, and development teams to support issue resolution and system
• Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying improvement
• Support daily sustainment operations within the SAP EWM
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of SAP functional experience or relevant warehouse/logistics system support
• Familiarity with SAP EWM or warehouse management
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production or sustainment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting SAP EWM or other SAP logistics modules such as TM, MM, or SD
• Familiarity with RF devices and warehouse management
• Experience in warehouse or distribution operations
• Experience supporting government, defense, or highly regulated operational environments
