They are seeking a Director for their SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) capability to drive client delivery excellence, lead business development efforts, and mentor future leaders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in client delivery for SAP BRIM projects
• Set strategic direction and lead initiatives for business development
• Oversee multiple projects to align with client needs
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape client interactions
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the team
• Promote practice development and thought leadership in the field
• Utilize substantial hands-on experience in SAP BRIM implementations

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of SAP experience
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Computer and Information Science, Management of Technology
• At least 6 years of hands-on SAP BRIM implementation experience
• SAP certification in one or more BRIM components or S/4HANA Finance
• Leading end-to-end SAP BRIM program delivery
• Navigating client engagements with C-suite stakeholders
• Driving quality assurance across multiple workstreams
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Managing and mentoring teams across engagements
• Building senior client relationships for repeat engagements
• Possessing prior experience at a Big 4 or Tier 1 system integrator
