They are seeking a motivated Sales Service Representative (Vietnamese-Speaking) to engage with prospective clients, guiding them through the debt resolution process and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services and available solutions
• Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their financial circumstances and needs
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on each client's situation
• Conduct timely follow-up with leads generated through various channels
• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing leads when necessary
• Maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales process
• Ensure every client receives a professional and supportive experience
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system
• Track follow-up activities, conversations, and client progress
• Ensure data integrity and proper documentation of all communications
• Work closely with sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals
• Share client feedback and insights to improve processes and customer experience
• Stay informed about company offerings, industry trends, and service updates

Skills

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, or a client-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Strong active listening and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience using CRM systems and related technology
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic when discussing sensitive financial situations
• Financial services experience is preferred but not required
