[Remote] Sales Manager, Telecom

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RMSI is a global leader in digital intelligence solutions, and they are seeking a high-performing Telecom Sales Hunter. This role focuses on new logo acquisition, strategic account penetration, and revenue expansion within Telecom, Cable, and Engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new clients by establishing executive level connects across telecom and cable companies
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets
  • Represent RMSI at industry events, conferences, and trade forums
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies for named strategic accounts
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle – from leads generation to closure
  • Track KPIs across pipeline, revenue, and market activity
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies
  • Lead RFI/RFP responses in collaboration with technical and delivery teams
  • Develop winning proposals and compelling business cases
  • Drive commercial discussions and contract negotiations

Skills

  • 8+ years of sales experience across Telecom/Cable sector with existing industry connects and relationships
  • Hunter mindset with strong prospecting capability
  • Excellent client engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global and cross-functional teams
