Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Empire Today is looking for a Sales Experience Team Inside Sales Associate to join their Customer Engagement team. The role involves driving revenue by converting customer leads into scheduled sales appointments through effective communication and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities
  • Build rapport and establish interest in the products and services we offer
  • Identify and address any objections or concerns
  • Present updated offers, promotions, and scheduling options to encourage commitment
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow up actions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed performance goals related to conversion rates, outreach volume, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to leadership on common objections and potential improvements to the quoting process
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have and/or be able to acquire reliable internet
  • Must have access to a mobile device/tablet for multi-factor authentication
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment
