[Remote] Sales Consultant

Oases Online is an established Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider dedicated to empowering tutoring companies with a comprehensive management system. They are seeking a Sales Consultant to shape their market presence and drive significant growth by managing the entire sales cycle within the education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Execute the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Outbound Business Development: Drive new business through a proactive sales approach with an expected split of 70% outbound prospecting and 30% inbound lead management. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Product Demonstrations & Training: Conduct engaging product demonstrations via video conferencing and provide onboarding training for new users
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to relay customer feedback and improve the platform
  • Multitasking: Thrive in a small-team environment where wearing multiple hats is expected
  • Work Hard Ethos: Demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset

Skills

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in SaaS sales, with education sector experience being highly advantageous
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets
  • Proficiency with CRM software and video conferencing tools; monday.com experience is an asset
  • Experience working in a high-activity sales environment with a focus on 70% outbound prospecting and 30% inbound lead management
  • Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new technologies and sales tools
  • High energy, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
  • A passion for education and helping tutoring companies succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience
