They are seeking a Sales + Account Manager to develop partnerships with organizations and wellness brands, guiding opportunities through the sales process and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with organizations and wellness brands
• Lead thoughtful, relationship-based sales conversations with aligned decision-makers
• Guide opportunities from outreach through close
• Support partner onboarding and help create a strong, aligned first experience
• Work closely with the Marketing Lead on partnership strategy, messaging, and activation
• Collaborate with leadership on business development priorities and growth strategy
• Help build a focused sales process with visibility, reporting, and follow-through
• Represent SHiFT with warmth, professionalism, and integrity

Skills

• Experienced in partnerships, business development, or relationship-based sales
• A strong communicator who is warm, grounded, persuasive, and people-oriented
• Excited by outreach, relationship building, and closing aligned opportunities
• Proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Personally connected to personal growth, healing, wellness, or mental health
• A background in psychology, mental health, coaching, or wellness
• A genuine love of personal growth and experience as a consumer of wellness practices or services
• An existing network in wellness, brand partnerships, or mission-driven organizations
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing or brand teams
