Vaco by Highspring is looking for an RPG Support Engineer to provide fractional support for operational oversight and maintenance tasks. The role includes responsibilities such as overseeing daily batch processing, addressing minor bugs, and assisting with production outages and data conversion activities.

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of daily batch and weekend processing
• Minor bug fixes as required
• Assist in triage for production outage events
• Assist in developing and supporting data conversion activities for Program Mayfly

Skills

• Project start: Immediately. Current resource's last day is 7/10
• Work hours availability: 6am - 9pm EST
• Fractional support of ~ 20 hours/week
• There may be some weeks where it could be up to 30 hours
• Operational oversight of daily batch and weekend processing
• Minor bug fixes as required
• Assist in triage for production outage events
• Assist in developing and supporting data conversion activities for Program Mayfly
• Contract duration: 1 year minimum
