Responsibilities

• You write hooks and on-video text, shape the ad concepts, do light editing
• You launch it, watch the numbers, and figure out what's working and what isn't
• Then you do it better the next time

Skills

• You can watch a piece of content and know if it's going to land before it goes up
• You know romance, or you at least get the readers
• When something hits, you don't just move on. You want to know exactly why it worked so you can repeat it
• Must also be available for working hours within the CST timezone
