Remote · Pakistan Full-time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Science and Technology Corporation (STC) is a science, sensors, and systems company founded in 1979, seeking candidates for a Requirements Management Engineer to support NOAA on the NESDIS Systems Engineering Services contract. The role focuses on managing requirements throughout the system lifecycle to ensure that satellite data and information processing meets stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities to elicit, document, analyze, and refine business, operational, system, and technical requirements from a wide range of stakeholders including internal NESDIS teams, other NOAA offices, government agencies, international partners, and commercial entities. Support compliance activities to ensure cloud-based services and enterprise initiatives align with NOAA, NESDIS, NIST, FedRAMP, and other applicable Federal policies and standards
