Responsibilities

• Build and manage weekly content calendars
• Schedule content across Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
• Coordinate with video editors
• Upload and publish content daily
• Write captions and hooks
• Organize content library
• Respond to comments and DMs
• Engage with players, parents, coaches, travel organizations, and high school programs
• Leave strategic comments on recruiting content
• Build relationships within the baseball community
• Collect player success stories
• Gather testimonials and commitments
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips
• Work with editors to maximize content output
• Ensure consistent daily posting
• Track growth metrics
• Monitor engagement
• Track profile clicks and signups
• Provide weekly performance reports

Skills
