• Spearhead the design and deployment of advanced statistical and machine learning models across key P&C insurance areas, eg, pricing, underwriting, claims, fraud detection, and customer analytics
• Establish best practice for model validation, interpretability, and performance
• Select appropriate techniques based on business needs

Skills

• 7+ years of P&C insurance experience using Data Science/ML/AI to develop and implement models
• Background in Python, SQL, PySpark, and Databricks
• Willingness to live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, ID, IL, NC, OH, OR, SC, TX, or WA
