Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound client inquiries
  • Conduct virtual consultations
  • Present tailored coverage solutions
  • Follow up and close business
  • Participate in training and team development

Skills

  • Sales experience preferred (commission background is a plus)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Comfortable in a performance-based environment
  • Willing to obtain a Life & Health license (we'll support you)
