Responsibilities

Identify top-tier talent across job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks Conduct initial screenings and deep-dive interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment Maintain and organize pipelines using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring no candidate is left behind Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions Schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and facilitate background verifications Extend offers and assist in salary negotiations to close the best talent Ensure every applicant receives professional, clear, and timely communication throughout the process Skills C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED.
