Responsibilities

• Conduct video interviews with candidates across a wide variety of industries and functions, including executive, operations, sales, finance, marketing, healthcare, and technology roles
• Review position details, candidate resumes, and screening materials prior to interviews
• Ask thoughtful follow-up questions and adapt interviews based on candidate responses
• Assess candidate qualifications, communication style, motivation, and overall fit
• Provide detailed written interview summaries, insights, and recommendations
• Maintain a polished, professional, and engaging candidate experience
• Manage interview availability through a shared scheduling calendar

Skills

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within an agency or executive search environment
• Exceptional communication and interviewing skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand new industries and roles
• Comfortable interviewing candidates ranging from individual contributors through executive leadership
• Naturally curious and skilled at probing beneath surface-level answers
• Able to quickly switch between different industries, clients, and position types
• Highly organized, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting multiple video interviews each day
• Executive search experience
• Agency recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functions
• Experience writing detailed candidate summaries or interview reports
