REMOTE Real Estate Acquisitions Manager (Wholesale / Virtual Closings)

This is not a training role. We’re hiring experienced acquisitions professionals who can take live seller leads and close deals from day one. ABOUT US We are a real estate wholesaling company that buys houses directly from homeowners nationally. Most deals we wholesale — the best ones we buy and flip ourselves with our own capital. Unlike most wholesalers, we can fund deals when it matters. This is not a brokerage and not a lead-gen middleman — we have real funding, real deal flow, and a real operation behind you. Most of our leads are inbound or warm: PPC (Google Ads), Meta (Facebook), Pay-Per-Lead, Direct Mail, and niche lists (pre-foreclosure, tax delinquent, probate). You spend your time on real seller conversations, not chasing cold prospects. We are a lean, fast-growing team building a focused acquisitions operation around fewer, stronger people instead of just adding headcount. You work directly with the founder — no corporate layers, no bureaucracy. HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER We have our own capital to close — when a deal is too good to assign, we buy it ourselves. Your best deals don’t die because the company can’t fund them AI-supported CRM with call recording, auto-transcription, and automated follow-up — you focus on sellers, the system handles the busywork Structured pipeline with speed-to-lead automation — leads get to you fast, not stale Small, focused team — you get real lead volume and real support, not a floor of 15 people fighting over scraps Dispo and TC teams in place — your job is to acquire, not chase title companies or buyers Multiple paid marketing channels with consistent lead flow — real investment in deal sourcing, not just cold lists Direct access to the founder and decision-makers — no politics, no layers, fast answers Family-oriented culture that values loyalty, direct communication, and long-term growth — not churn and burn COMPENSATION Ramp Period: $3,000–$5,000/month for the first 3 months (based on experience and interview) Commission: 10% of gross assignment fee after ramp — 100% commission, no cap on earnings Growth: Tiered commission structure for consistent top performers First year approximate compensation: $80,000–$120,000+ between ramp salary and commissions. Top performers earn significantly more. We’re scaling the acquisitions team — people who prove themselves have a clear path to higher commission tiers, team leadership, and profit participation. SCHEDULE Monday–Friday. Choose one shift: 9 AM–6 PM EST or 10 AM–7 PM EST. Must be responsive for time-sensitive leads evenings and weekends. REQUIREMENTS 2+ years in wholesaling acquisitions Stable tenure in recent roles Virtual closing experience strongly preferred. If your background is primarily in-person, you’ll need to demonstrate phone closing ability through a call recording or live role-play Experience in a wholesaling company or as an independent wholesaling operator Not currently running your own acquisitions business Experience in real estate is required Fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus Remote-first role. If we introduce a hybrid model in the future, flexibility to work from the Fort Lauderdale area is a plus Full-time commitment — no other active jobs or side businesses Do not apply if: your experience is limited to brokerage, realtor work, or general sales; you have no wholesaling deal ownership; you’re looking for guaranteed salary beyond the 3-month ramp; or you cannot commit full-time to one role.
